Spearheading Recruiting Efforts

As VP, I think the President and I should work together to bring more nations to the region via recruiting methods. These methods could be telegrams or a thread in gameplay, or both! Either way, it's clear we need more members, specifically WA members so we can obtain more security. The only endorsement President Arekrya has is my own, so invading the region is too easy.

I would like to begin with, possibly, a batch of 1000 recruitment telegrams using stamps. I can certainly purchase these.

If the President, Llamas, or any other regional citizens has any recommendations on recruitment, this is the place to leave them.

I would say go ahead, we do need more citizens, and as soon as possible.

Did you try that? And furthermore, did you get any recruits from it? For my main nation I find we get fairly poor returns for our stamps, but it is still better then any other form of recruitment we have tried.
